What we use
This site is intentionally light on tracking. It uses a small amount of local browser storage that is essential to how the site works, not for advertising:
- Theme preference — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
- Notice preference — remembers if you have already seen a one-off on-screen notice, so it is not shown repeatedly.
These are stored on your own device and are not used to identify you or to track you across other websites.
Third-party content
If you follow a link from this site to an external service — such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Doctify, JustGiving or the Invisalign SmileView tool — that service may set its own cookies. Those are governed by the relevant provider’s own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
Where this site embeds third-party content directly — a Google Map of the clinic location, or an Instagram feed — that content is not loaded until you consent through the cookie banner. If you choose “Essential only”, the embeds stay blocked and you can load an individual one on demand by tapping its placeholder.
Managing cookies
Use Cookie settings in any page footer to change your choice. Choosing Essential only reloads the page and stops optional embeds loading on subsequent visits. You can also clear or block browser storage through your browser settings; this may reset your theme preference. Cookies already set by third-party services can be removed in your browser settings.
